Regional Coordinator

Regional Coordinators are responsible for staffing, training new hires, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salons in their designated territories.  Candidates must have strong communication, organizational, and marketing skills since they will be making presentations to the Executive Directors of communities and will be following up to assure high customer service.  Candidates must be licensed cosmetologists with a minimum of five years experience, must have managerial experience in a salon setting, must work well with the elderly, must be self-motivated, and must be willing to travel.  Successful candidates will be offered a very attractive compensation package commensurate with their level of experience.  Packages consist of salary, paid vacations, medical and dental insurance, and yearly bonuses based on their level of performance.

Salon Director

Candidates are required to have a minimum of five years experience as a licensed cosmetologist as well as proven strong management skills. Our managers take a "hands on approach" in both providing hair services for the residents as well as supervision of the day to day operations of a full service salon (s). Their functions include hiring, implementing salon policies and marketing of the salon. Candidates should possess strong customer-service skills as well as leadership skills. Benefits include paid vacations, medical insurance, dental and yearly bonuses based on performance.
