Regional Manager
Our regional managers are responsible for staffing, training new hires and overseeing the day to day operations of the salons in their designated territories. Candidates must have strong communication and organizational skills in addition to being self-motivated. The candidate for this position must be a licensed cosmetologist and have prior managerial experience in a salon setting. Regional managers are offered a very attractive compensation package corresponding to their level of experience. These packages consist of salary, paid vacations, medical insurance, dental and yearly bonuses based on their level of performance.

Salon Manager
Candidates are required to have a minimum of five years experience as a licensed cosmetologist as well as proven strong management skills. Our managers take a “hands on approach” in both providing hair services for the residents as well as supervision of the day to day operations of a full service salon (s). Their functions include hiring, implementing salon policies and marketing of the salon. Candidates should possess strong customer-service skills as well as leadership skills. Regional Coordinator
The candidate must have a minimum of five years experience as a cosmetologist and be an individual who works well with the elderly. Candidates for the Regional Coordinator position must have proven management skills and strong marketing skills. The Regional Coordinator will have direct contact with the Executive Directors of each community which will include making presentations to introduce our services as well as follow up meetings to assure high customer service. Those interested in this position must be willing to travel.
