Safety:

• On-staff infection control nurse
• Maintenance of sanitation/sterilization procedures to code
• Professional liability insurance
• Workmen's compensation insurance

Administration:

• Provide MSDS sheets
• Orientation with activity director and staff
• Quality products and services at a nominal fee
• Establish hours of operation to best meet needs of your community
• Distribution of questionnaires to measure customer service
• Periodic marketing specials
• Donations of goods and services for the residents
• Provide letter of introduction for family members
• Provide resident welcome letter for admissions package
• Provide resident selection form
